I ordered this and was in a hurry to get it to set up a AFT match in the USA. I knew it was higher priced than other places but I needed it in a hurry. I paid 59.99 lbs and additional 34.99lbs to receive it in 4-7 days. The unit did arrive in 7 days. I tried to operate it per the online instructions that I had to email them for since the pkg had no instructions in it. The plunger was stuck and the release button was depressed all the way and no spring return.I had to take unit appart to which I found the button return spring popped out of its seat area at end of button.I replaced spring and tried to use the unit. again plunger would not release.So after careful investigation I found the button was to thick ,also the recess area for the return spring was not deep enough. I had to file these 2 areas down which alow the spring to compress without kicking out ,It also allowed enough travel in the button assembly to release the catch on the plunger.
