Scorpion Fully Adjustable FT Hook – MK5 New Design

Scorpion MK5 New Design
I added a lot of improvements to my professional FT hook design, creating the MK5 (2023) version that will replace the discontinued MK4 (2016-2022) version. Some parts are backwards compatible with the MK4 so the two systems can be combined if you don’t mind some visual differences but I’d suggest not to mix the two systems.
Features on the new MK5 design (see detailed listing with photos and dimensions at the bottom of the web page):
- Engraved marks for all adjustments – now you can record and reproduce your settings any time
- New 152mm stainless steel hook, 137mm and 97mm Nylon FT-hooks
- HFT-compatible 2.25” (57mm) Nylon hook
- Extended upper wing base option, for better integration with the Butt Pad Kit or to add half a link length to the upper wing
- Slim hook holder links – don’t protrude that much as the old design
- Rounded link elements – gives a smoother fit when the links are twisted
- HFT-compatible 2.25” (57mm) extended one-piece upper wing
- Fully re-designed FolloWing articulated wing – with the massive cogs style connection instead of the weak link
- Dual or single thumb screw variations for FT shooters
- Dual or single bolt variations for HFT and other disciplines where a quick adjustment is not needed
- Three T-Rail versions: 130mm, 150mm and NEW: 150mm with integrated inline monopod
- 3-position limiter bolts on both ends of the T-rail
- Coloured base plate and knobs are available, too

THE Field Target Shooting Glove
The world’s first dedicated Field Target glove, designed specially for FT / HFT shooting, by a Field Target shooter. This is a high quality heavy target glove, for the leading hand (left hand for a right-handed shooter and vica versa), padded and with Top Grip on most surfaces.
Three fingers are half length so the shooter can easily rangefind and click the scope. Thick but quite flexible Top Grip pads on every surface where needed for every shooting position and with elastic wrist band.

Atlas Extra Wide FT Bipod
Extra wide bipod for FT rifles. This is not a sniper bipod, its only purpose is to give support between the lanes. FT rifles with their heavy and elevated scopes have a high centre of gravity and need a massive support. The 100mm long legs are wide apart (ball feet 220mm, boot-shaped feet 240mm) so it’s quite hard to knock over the rifle. Update: longer leg versions are available on backorder.
Clearing below the stock is about 80mm. Future versions with longer legs will be available
There are two main variations:
- Thumb screw: Connects to all UIT accessory rails with a T-nut and a thumb screw
- Quick release: A separate part connects to the stock permanently, either with T-nuts (for UIT accessory rails) or with built-in M5 nuts (for direct mounting on wooden stocks). The bipod slides onto this base part and clicks into its place.
Both variations can have these 4 leg types:
- Black Plastic Ball: A simple 20mm black plastic ball with brass threaded insert
- Stainless Steel Ball: Solid stainless steel 20mm bearing ball, looks nice shiny and lowers the centre of gravity
- FT Caterpillar Boot: Big (25x50mm) curved surface with grooves, a solid support on all terrain, this is a real workhorse and I recommend this for FT
- Self-Levelling Flat: 20x40mm flat feet that is self-levelling within ±10°, this is more delicate so it is recommended for mostly dry conditions
Barrel Weight 17.22mm
Genuine Walther LGR barrel weight, may fit other rifles, too (please check the diameter of your barrel before ordering).
Steel, 271g and the inside diameter is 17.22mm.
Barrel Weight 19.91mm
Genuine Feinwerkbau P70FT barrel weight, may fit other rifles, too (please check the diameter of your barrel before ordering).
With an extra M6 hole for a windicator.
Aluminum, 77g and the inside diameter is 19.91mm
Cheek Piece
Lightweight cheek piece for any rifle. 39mm high.

These parts are actually the very same as the upper wings of the Scorpion MK5 FT Hook, and have a massive adapter that connects them to the original hook.

InkWell for Pellet Sizer
Pellet collector for pellet sizers. Please note that the pellet sizer is NOT included, it has to be bought separately from UK Neil or other manufacturers.
Can collect about 300 pellets. If you take the bottom plate off, will fit firmly into a tin so you can size the pellets directly into the tin.
